We need each other.
Humans.
People.
We need each other.
From the very beginning God created mankind with the idea that we weren’t good on our own. After Adam walked around the Garden of Eden for a while God looked at him and decided that for man to be lonely was not good. After an entire track record of “good” creation, God decided to change the original plan by creating Eve. This was the beginning of community and togetherness.
It’s been some time since Eden. Yet, we are still created to be with one another. Biblical, authentic community and accountability are necessary parts of life. Anything less is brokenness.
Side By Side is a look into this designed togetherness. Ed Welch looks at people through the lens of biblical community and has create a beautiful piece of writing that both gives basis and application for living life together.
